How To Commission
Reach out: Send me an email with a description of your project and a rough budget. If you’re not sure how much to budget for, feel free to ask questions. I respect your privacy, and all communication will be kept confidential.
Fill out the form: My design form can be found below. This helps me get a better idea of what you’re looking for. I want to build something that fits into your space and that you love.
Send pictures: They are so helpful in the design process. Send photographs of your space where the furniture is going, other furniture in your house, similar-looking furniture, etc. Feel free to pull inspiration off the internet or anywhere that you find it.
Design Fee: A lot of time and thought goes into creating an original idea. For this reason, I have a design fee of $300. Should you decide to have your project built, the design fee will be absorbed into the full estimate.
Waitlist: My typical lead time is 6-12 weeks. I will always tell you upfront how far in advance I am booking. If you have a specific deadline, please give me ample time.
Estimate: Once we have a good design, I’ll send you a formal estimate that will include design fees, materials, labor, and associated costs. A deposit of 30% is required up front for new clients.
Payments: Payments are due 30 days from invoice. Acceptable methods are check, bank transfer, credit, or apple pay. Payment plans are accepted when discussed and agreed upon ahead of time.
